It’s also sometimes referred to as “designer vagina” surgery.
Enlarged or hypertrophic labia minora can be functionally or socially bothersome. The enlarged labia can have a protuberant and abnormal appearance that can be distressful.
Enlarged labia can cause Local irritation; problems with personal hygiene, interference with sexual intercourse and discomfort during cycling, walking or sitting.
Labiaplasty (reduction labia minora and or majora) aims to reduce the size or correct the shape of the labia minora and or majora

(2) Vaginolaplasty ( Vaginal tightening or reshaping)

Vaginoplasty is a procedure that aims to “tighten up” a vagina that is become slack or loose from vaginal childbirth or aging. For many women, this results in a decrease in sexual pleasure for themselves and often for their male partners to some extent. The Vaginal Tightening and Refashioning procedure improves the way your vagina looks, feels and functions; and can have dramatic results in terms of restoring your confidence and self-esteem.
After Vaginoplasty, many women find it is easier to reach orgasm and experience a greater intensity of pleasure. This is often the case for their male partners too and as a result women may feel more confident in being intimate.

(3) Hoodectomy/ Hoodoplasty

Hoodectomy is a procedure to reduce the enlarged clitoral hood. The aim of hoodectomy is to improve the sexual function of the woman and the aesthetic appearance of the vagina. It is often carried out in conjunction with a labiaplasty procedure.
The enlarged clitoral hood may prevent women from achieving arousal or sexual stimulation as the extra skin can decrease sensitivity. The excess clitoral hood can be a source of embarrassment and can have an effect on self-confidence and strain on a relationship. It can also cause discomfort, chaffing or being unable to wear tight clothing or swimwear
